The Phase 3 ABTECT program evaluating obefazimod in patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) has been completed, with positive top-line induction and maintenance results announced in July 2025 and June 2026, respectively. Obefazimod continues to be evaluated in the Phase 2b ENHANCE-CD trial in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease (CD).
