Abivax est en cours de devenir une entreprise commerciale en exploitant les possibilités du nouveau mécanisme d’action du microARN-124 de notre candidat médicament principal, obefazimod et des opportunités au-delà.

Our primary goal is to develop and commercialize obefazimod for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, starting with ulcerative colitis. Top-line results for the 8-week induction trial are anticipated in Q3 2025, with 44-week maintenance data on track for Q2 2026. Patient enrollment for ENHANCE-CD in Crohn’s disease was initiated in Q3 2024; 12-week induction data readout is anticipated in 2H 2026.

Notre bibliothèque de composés chimiques offre encore d’autres possibilités. Nous avons entrepris des efforts de recherche qui s’appuient sur le concept mécanistique d’obefazimod afin de développer de nouveaux composés successeurs potentiels.
